Q: How can I know if my video card supports OpenGL 2.0?
A: During the installation process the application installer checks your system for OpenGL 2.0 support.
If your video card doesn't support OpenGL 2.0 you won't be able to install the application.
Alternatively you can use free utility GPU Caps Viewer from oZone3D.Net
(or any other utility that provides this information).
For GPU Caps Viewer information about supported OpenGL version is located on OpenGL tab, in the OpenGL Version field.
Q: The application is running slowly. The graphics looks choppy.
A: You can improve application performance by changing a number of options in the screen saver's configuration dialog.
First: you can reduce screen resolution by removing the check mark from the 'Use Desktop Settings' checkbox and making it lower.
Second: you can uncheck the Vertical Sync checkbox. Enabling vertical synchronization improves animation smoothness but also
has negative impact on the performance.
And finally: you can drag Performance/Quality slider more towards the performance position. However, this may have a significant
impact on the image quality.
Also if you are running the application on a laptop computer make sure it is running on AC power rather
than the battery power. Many laptops have feature that allows reduced power consumption when it is operating on the battery power
but that leads to a significantly reduced performance too.

Q: What's happening when I click on the Order Now! button? Do I get to another web-site?
A: When you click the Order Now! button your browser gets redirected to the
Share-It! web site - our partner company
that performs order processing on behalf of GIV Graphics. After all the information about
your order is collected and transaction is completed GIV Graphics receives notification
from Share-It about new purchase and sends out an e-mail message with the details of product registration
to the e-mail address you entered during the order process.
Q: I completed my order a few hours ago and still didn't get the product key from you.
A: Though in general you should receive you product registration e-mail within minutes from your order
completion please allow us up to 24 hours to send this information to you. Also make sure that your
e-mail client's spam filter does not block messages from givgraphics.com. If you believe that your
client doesn't block the messages and you still didn't receive the message please send a message to
our customer support here.
